Theatre of Doors
It's the last ever exhibition in our little gallery space on Bridge Street. Come on Down!
Theatre of Doors by Laura Welsan
Inspired by Hermann Hesse’s 'Steppenwolf'
Come down for the last show at the Alchemist's Gallery for a colourful exhibition of Cardiff based artists with drinks and good music! This is an open event- the more the merrier.
With the dissemination of generation-defined art movements, comes a new era of creative potentials. We aim to bring together artist's internal worlds to experience a point of the collective unconscious and also to explore the individual subconscious. In Steppenwolf the protagonist is led to a 'theatre of doors'- behind each are fantasies and fears drawn out from the hidden realm of the viewer’s mind.
